Amara is a professional dance artist and entertainer specializing in Middle Eastern Dance, Fire Performance, and World Fusion dance. Residing in the New York City area, Amara is a top performance artist - in demand weekly for private, public, and corporate events, as well as being regularly booked in NYC's top restaurants, lounges, and nightclub venues. 

 

Beginning with Classical Ballet over 20 years ago, Amara has acquired an extensive dance repertoire, becoming proficient in many of the world's most popular dance styles.  She attributes her love of both fire dancing and Raqs Sharqi (belly dance) to their ancient and organic essence and feels that each embodies and empowers her inner goddess and her wild spirit.
